Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We accept almost all insurance plans and will work with you to receive the best coverage.
PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT accept Medicare, Medicaid, Molina or Care Source
What if I do not have insurance?
We can offer interest free payment options through Care Credit or the bill can be put on a personal credit card. As with any business, Cash or Check is also acceptable.
What if I need to cancel an appointment?
We ask for a 24 hour notice to help fill the appointment. Just call and we can reschedule a new time.
What do I do in the case of a dental emergency?
We have an answering machine. Most problems can be handled the next business day but if there is a serious problem we suggest going to the ER.
How often should I have x-rays?
Bite-Wing xrays are once a year. Others can be done more than once a year.
How can I notice gum disease?
Sore and easily bleeding gums are a early sign of gum disease. The extent can only be determined by the Dentist.
Do you accept credit cards or offer a payment plan? Do you accept Care Credit?
We accept Diners Club, JCB, American Express, M/C, Visa and Discover. Payment plans are set up through Care Credit in the office.
Do you have a Cancelation Policy?
We do have a 24 hour cancelation notice policy, we require 24 hour notice for canceled appointments, the first time is waved, after this, there will be a fee of $25 added to account for late cancelation.
