Veneers

A veneer is a cosmetic facing that is placed on the front of the tooth to give it a more esthetic appearance.   This can be done in one appointment or two. The results are usually a little better with the two appointment procedure because a laboratory will fabricate the veneer to your exact desire. We have featured one of our patients during this exact procedure. If you select one of the pictures below, you will see a larger view of each photo. The first photo shows the patient before anything was started. The second shows the degree of staining that was present under her old veneers. Also see that her teeth are different in shape, this contouring is done to allow the new veneers to fit naturally and provide a more cosmetic appearance. The third picture shows the patient wearing her temporaries while the lab custom made her veneers. The last picture shows the patients new smile with a wonderful cosmetic result.
